What Causes Feeling Of Food Stuck In Throat And Painful Bumps On Tongue?

Could be infalmmed papillae.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
I have gone through the pictures you uploaded.
The white or pink bumps seen behind the tongue could either the inflamed lymphoid follicles or the taste buds (circumvillate papillae).
The inflammation over the back of the tongue is noticed in few conditions such as, infection of the upper respiratory tract, smoking and acid reflux from the stomach into the throat or due to some hot food.
When the acid from the stomach regurgitates into the throat, it irritates the throat and causes inflammation of the mucosa.
Do not worry.
All the above problems are very simple and treatable.
My suggestions to you are,
1. Dink plenty of warm water.
2. Avoid chilled food & beverages/coffee/tea/smoking/alcohol (if any).
3. Try taking povidone iodine throat spray or gargles to reduce the inflammation.
With the above measures you will feel better within 3 to 4 days.
In case bumps persists, then you should see ENT specialist for complete evaluation.
Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Regards
