Detailed Answer:
Welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thank you for posting your query.
I can understand your concern.

I have gone through the entire post.I can understand that you are very anxious about this.

Let me ask you a few questions.
1. How how much time have been having this?
2. How is the sleep at night? Do you get to sleep?
3. Any drugs or addiction you have ?
4. Has any of your friends or family members seen the mites?
5. Are you involved in some work at present?

You see, from the description , I feel there is nothing wrong.
You need to relax a bit.
Try relaxation techniques like consciously breathing in and out for 5 minutes a day.
Try to engage in some activities.

Write back to us.
We will be happy to help.
Regards.

I have to take a sleeping pill to get any sleep. This all started about two years ago, it started with something trying to get into my eyes at night, I could not see anything but could feel them, it just got worse I was getting them in my nose and ears. Now I have them all over my body and have started bothering me in the daytime, crawling on my back when I'm driving or just sitting watching tv. I am not a drug addict, I live in a very nice home, I'm clean and my wife is a very good housekeeper. I'm retired I don't have money concerns, I do take pain meds for back problems and have for twelve years, I'm also a type 2 diabetes. My wife has seen them coming out of my ear with a magifying glass. I'm not dissolual. I've read articles about human mites but the only relief they offer is tea tree oil and that is just not working, Please Help

Detailed Answer:
I can understand that you are very anxious about these pests..
Do not worry.
If these are really maggots, as your wife has seen them, it needs regular dressing.

I would suggest you to visit a clinician. He/she can examine you and correlate clinically.

Regards.
