Do basic things as mentioned below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for writing to us. Followings are my comments:
1) Feeling of numbness in legs and hands is quite common during pregnancy or after child birth. In most cases, it goes away within few days to weeks without further treatment.
Just do some basic things like a) take iron, calcium and vitamin B12 supplement along with daily diet; b) drink more water or fluid; c) do light exercise or walking for 1/2 hrs; d) Don't stay for long time in certain position; e) check for blood sugar and BP; f) Need adequate bed rest.
2) Some underlying causes are water retention, iron deficiency, thyroid disorder, dehydration, stress, carpal or tarsal tunnel syndrome, low blood sugar or high BP, Vitamin deficiency, neurological problem etc.
3) I suggest you to consult with her treating doctor for clinical examination and evaluation properly if above steps are NOT helpful.
