Brief Answer:
If there are no other symptoms can be just a gas -

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and history, albeit very short.

Read and understood that you have been feeling like something moving in the right upper abdomen - feels like baby moving - was more on Monday night and yesterday but frequency is reduced today - ordered an ultrasonography for Friday.

From the history I can think of this as a gas moving in the intestines and can be due to gas in the part of the small intestine or colon in this area.
The best way would have been to have a plain X-ray if the abdomen in the standing position. Although old fashioned, this gives lot more information that Ultrasonography may not give, and ultrasonography is to be done on Friday, may be by that time you will be asymptomatic.
Of course it will help to diagnose gall stones, and all other structures well.

As you have not mentioned any other symptoms of pain, nausea, vomiting, bloating, changed bowel habits , I take these are not present.

You can then try Activated charcoal tablets, plenty of oral fluids, a mild laxative if there is constipation.

I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to give any feedback or discuss further relevant points.
