Since how long you are having this symptom?
Did it started suddenly or gradually and built up ?

It seems like problem in food pipe , either some ulcer or mass in the food pipe that is causing the obstruction and swallowing difficulty.

To know what is the cause you need to get Upper gastrointestinal Endoscopy. Kindly get this scan done and revert back with report.

You can take Pan D for symptomatic relief.
