Question : Some soft tissue or food particles come out from my throat. It looks something is stuck in and once I cough hard, I see some of these things of the wheat size. It has started recently and comes out occasionally, once or wife a week.

This is not common symptom and it must be evaluated to rule out some benign and some less benign disorders of esophagus and stomach. In most cases there is disorder if esophagus motility but obstruction should also be considered especially in smokers. You should also avoid coffee,alcohol and chew your food well.
