Brief Answer:
chest xray (repeat), avoid cold, humid environment

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to healthcaremagic.
I Dr simit have gone through your question.

For your complaint lung squished and you can't take deep breathe, i would suggest to repeat chest x ray to rule out any lung pathology, and if you have any family history of lung disorders or history of allergy then do pulmonary function test, PFT after consulting your family physician.

Till then avoid any cold beverages and avoid humid environment if possible.

Hope i answered your question.
