Question : I have an intermittent feeling of liquid flowing in groin area and vibrating experience.

The feeling of water flowing in the groin and vibrating experience may be due to the following reasons :
Nerve entrapment due to various reasons along its course from spinal level till it reaches the skin.
I would advise you the following :
Get examined by a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, actual physical education, examination of the spine, abdomen, groin and the scrotal area. This will give us the direction for the investigations to come to a proper diagnosis.
The treatment will then be decided according to it.
