There can be many cause for such feeling - like

-food particle stuck in food pipe.
-Food pipe diverticulum.
-Stricture
-food pipe mass lesion.
- foreign body
-Local inflammation

So ideal approach is to see doctor and get endoscopy done.Some patients need barium swallow to see the mechanism of swallowing.

Seeing a doctor would be ideal step.
