Brief Answer:
You should take antibiotics treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have lymes disease. It is tick born infection. You need a course of doxycyclin. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly. After that repeat ypur iron and ferritin level as well as go for ultrasound abdomen. You may have hemochromatosis. But it should be confirmed. If you have hemochromatosis then regular phlebotomy is the treatment of choice. Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic.
