Brief Answer:
You can repeat the dose of paracetamol drops or use ibuprofen drops

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I completely understand your concerns. Don't worry. Fevers are immune response of your child's body developing due to vaccinations. The spikes of fever varies in every child. But they usually subside with in 48-72 hours post immunizations.

You can follow these measures to help him:
1. Dress him lightly.
2. Cold sponging in case of high grade fever is of help.
3. You can give paracetamol drops if fever is more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Repeat it after 6-8 hours if fever persists or reoccurs. Also, Ibuprofen drops can be used if child is not having any response to paracetamol.
4. Feed the child well every 2-3 hours.

Mild changes in poops of babies in terms of frequency, consistency and colour is normal. You just need to keep him hydrated by regular feeds. There is no need for any medications for the poops.

If the fever continues even after 72hours, then you can contact me.
Take care

Brief Answer:
normal..

Detailed Answer:
Try to feed her regularly even at night. Many a times due to mild dehydration because of skipping of feeds they may not pee in night and the stools also stay sticky. It's perfectly fine otherwise.
