Question : I have a fever goes down to 100 with advil/tylonel my ear hurts and im coughing
I don't have a sore throat.

Welcome and thanks for your query.
It's possible that you have an ear infection or a lung infection. It may be viral or bacterial. A wbc count would be helpful in this direction.
If possible see a doctor and have yourself examined and investigated as you would require an antibiotic if it is a bacterial infection. In most countries antibiotics are prescription medicines and the doctor will prescribe appropriately. Cefuroxime ( Zinnat)is a commonly prescribed and effective antibiotic in such conditions.
