Hi,

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.

You seem to have developed fever and with your body-ache, it could be viral fever.

Pending further evaluation by a doctor,you may take paracetamol/Acetaminophen (500 mg) one tablet three times a day and it will be safer than aspirin.
