Question : My wife is pregant and is not eating running a temp of 100.5 for the last couple of days lower back pain

Fever is not good and can cause problems for both the baby and the Mother and can cause abortion. Consult Gynecologist .

As soon as possible.
Till then you can give her cold sponging to keep the temperature under control.
(in this the maximum body is expose to air and the water on a towel / napkin is applied to the skin and allowed to dry on its own. The evaporation of the water uses the body's core temperature and keep he body cool).
Try to avoid any medicines without the consent of the Gynecologist.

How many weeks is she carrying (pregnancy) ?
