Brief Answer:
Better to take if not improving

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
I understand that your grandson has fever and stomach ache.
Usually it is because of viral infection.
It may take a few days before settling down.
But if he becomes dull, with poor intake and persistent stomach ache, you need to take him to his doctor.
Otherwise you can try a few more doses of Tylenol every 6 hours to see if that helps. If not visit his pediatrician.
Giving him plenty of liquids to keep him hydrated will help in the meantime.
Wishing your grandson speedy recovery.
Regards
Dr Arun
