Brief Answer:
Possible pneumonia

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
Your symptoms may be caused by pneumonia so you should do lung xrays if you ask me and antibiotic therapy is definitely required. It may be viral pneumonia, but sweating and back pain is more a sign of bacterial infection so you should not ignore this. Also, drink plenty of fluids and take vitamin C. Wish you good health. Regards
