Question : Hi, I am having a little very little fever, and seems like symptoms of common cold

a little roughness in throat, very little
no sneezing, no runny nose
little fever

but overall uncomfortable

my flat mate is having cold, I guess that's why I have started feeling this.

please suggest a otc medicine

Hi XXXXXXX take any cold preparation with Paracetamol half tablet four times a day for 3-5 days. Also drink sips of hot water throughout the day and gargle with warm saline water. Also you can take Himalaya tulsi capsule once a day. If you do not improve or get worse, please see your doctor. Regards
