Question : symptoms which linger after 2 weeks of antibiotics from a root canal include: low grade fever, mild but constant headache, mild chills, achey ll over, slight imbalnce (walking, etc)

As per your complain the symptoms that you described doesn't remain for so long after Root Canal treatment when the other symptoms localized to tooth have subsided..
I would suggest you to consult a General Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like comply blood picture, blood culture can be done to rule out the cause of the symptoms so that appropriate treatment can be instilled..
As of now take a combination of Ibuprofen and Paracetamol for relieving the symptoms..
