Brief Answer:
try lactulose suppositories

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for writing to us.
It is normal for kids to have mild constipation after an episode of diarrhoea.
Don't worry it should settle soon.
Ensure he takes fruits and vegetables and drinks plenty of liquids.
If still he suffers from constipation I usually recommend dulcolax suppositories half inserted in the anus.
This will help him pass stools.
Wishing your child good health.
Regards
Dr Arun
