Questions so that I can help:
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
I'm sorry you are feeling so poorly. Do you have any other symptoms such as a cough, shortness of breath, sore throat and swollen neck glands, abdominal pain, pain with urination, diarrhea, neck stiffness when flexing your head forward or bringing your knees up when lying on your back, rashes, or flank pain?
Are there any other symptoms?
Do you have any ongoing medical problems such as diabetes, asthma, immune system impairment or other respiratory illnesses, or do you smoke?
Are you taking any medications for any ongoing medical problems?
Do you normally get over viral infections in a reasonable amount of time or do you get prolonged infections?
Your answers will help me to advise you as to what to do.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
If the abdominal pain is gone, and your symptoms are not worse today, no high fever, then you can wait another couple of days. But if you are feeling worse, or continued pain in the right upper quadrant of your abdomen, looking yellow, or having dark urine or clay colored stools, then do go in to be seen, have a CBC drawn, and have a liver panel blood test done too.
Most likely this is a temporary viral gastroenteritis ("stomach flu"), which should start to go away soon. But if it does not, or any of your symptoms get worse, then go in to be seen.
As you were recently on an antibiotic, you might want to consider taking a probiotic now to help your gut return to normal, too.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information. I hope you are feeling better soon.
