Question: I have been running fever at night for 5 weeks, night sweats, chills, muscle aches, headaches, burning pain on left side of body. I had a UTI that took 3 antibiotics to clear up. They did a CT scan and all they found were small nodules in my lungs. Any advise.

Brief Answer:
Ct-scan and other tests reports required...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX XXXXXXX

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

You report to have:
- symptoms: running fever for 5 weeks, night sweats, chills, muscle aches, headaches, burning pain on left side of the body.
- personal history of UTI treated with 3 antibiotics to clear up
- ctscan found small nodules in the lungs

Your symptoms are suggestive for infection running in your body. If UTI is cleared up, then, infection is now in your lungs. I need to have a look at the ctscan report myself before telling what the small nodules found were.

It could be cysts or after infection organization of the lungs tissue. However, I need to have a look at the ctscan and other tests reports before running into final conclusions.

Looking forward to have the requested reports in for further assistance.

I saw a lung Dr. He is going to repeat the CT scan the first of November. I have another question. A year ago I broke my upper right arm. They put a 8 inch steel plate and 12 screws. I have continually have had pain in the shoulder. I have also fell 2 more times since then. Each more pain and less mobility. I saw a Dr. this week and they did an ultrasound. No major or full tears. Unable to see any small tears because of calcification. The one thing that concerned me was they did not find the tendon that runs down the arm. The radiologist said it was not in the canal and she could not find either end of the tendon. What does that mean?

Brief Answer:
Please provide radiological tests reports first...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for following up.

I need to have a look at the reports of ultrasound or ctscan or xray you did so I can evaluate the changes myself.

Can you please provide them?

The continuous pain you are having is because you fell again after the first accident and did not let time to heal appropriately. The continuous hurt to the should is responsible for the pain.

When the tendon is completely damaged, it is not possible to find in during radiological examination. However, I need to have the reports first.

Thank you.
