Brief Answer:
The start of an infection. Depending on the coming symptoms will advise.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

From the information I have it looks like it may be the start of an infection of the upper respiratory tract.
The fever brings the body aches. Taking Aleve as needed would help you feel better.
Drink plenty of fluids to keep yourself well hydrated.
Rest as much as you can.

In the following hours or day you may develop either runny nose, sore throat and cough...or vomiting and diarrhea.
Depending on this symptoms we will need to determine the needed treatment.
For now take do what I have advised above.

Feel free to follow up with me if/when symptoms develop and I will be happy to help.

Looking forward to your follow up question.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
