Question : My son is 7 years and having fever ~ 102 and 103 from last 3 days. He also started coughing since yesterday and I've noticed yellowish sputum and running nose. Pediatrician advised to give Imol for every 6 hours to keep the temperature down. Will this help reduce cold as well?

The child has nasal and throat infection. That's why he is having fever.
Give him syrup amoxyclav 375 5ml twice daily and a combination of levocetrizine and pseudoephedrine 5 ml three times a day. Give imol for fever.
Give all medicines for a week.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available at prescription only.
Put saline nasal drops.
Any further questions are always welcome.
Thanks and regards
