Question : My 15yr old son has a fever 102 slight sore throat dizziness when he gets up, high hart rate. came on fast at school

It seems like your son is having throat infection . The dizziness high heart rate soar throat fever are all due to throat infection.

I recommend him to get started on Tab Paracetamol 3 times a day, do salt water gargling, drink plenty of fluids and eat more of fruits.

If his symptoms persists even after 2 days then he needs to be started on a course of antibiotic like Azithromycin once daily for 5 days.

The above medcines are prescription drugs, kindly get a prescription from your physician
