Question: have 102 temp, tickles below XXXXXXX apple which gives me prolonged coughing spells

Hi,

It seems that you have caught the flu, so I would recommend that you continue on Tylenol alternating with ibuprofen 200 mg every four hours to reduce fever. Also, you should add dextromethorphan and an antihistaminic as citrizine to relieve a cough. Try to be adequately hydrated with plenty of warm fluids. if the fever continues more than three days then this is probably a bacterial infection that will require a prescribing for an antibiotic.
