What Causes Fever With Weakness?

Question: Hi,
I am suffering from mild fever, weakness from last 3 days. It started with throat pain but it was very mild so I resist it and didn't take any medicine. After next day I got backache, I thought this is because of bad gesture while sleeping and that day I meet an accident and got few injuries so I visit nearby hospital and had TT shoot. Since I got TT shoots every night I got fever, feel cold during day and feel weak throughout my work day. I had also visited doctor for the solution and they suggested me Azee (azithromycin), Rabonik Plus (10mg) and Algeclo-SP. I took three days course but it didn't helped me. Every night I got fever back and it remains till morning. I suspect this is some kind of viral fever or infection. So I visited another doctor for this and he suggested me to change medicine and this time doc gave me high dose tabs that is sumo-500, Zifi-o 500, Zinetac. Can you please help me to sort this out whats happening to me? Please?

Brief Answer:
Take some blood investigations
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic,
I have gone through your history and understand your concern. As the symptoms are persisting for last 5 days I would suggest you to undergo lab investigations like CBC,CRP, Routine urine examination, Widal and test for malaria (QBC).
If it is a viral infection, it usually subside by 5-7 days. These tests will help to rule out other possible causes of your symptoms. The medicines which your doctor has prescribed should help to reduce the symptoms.
Thank you.
