To be explain more this, here are the few symptoms. from morning till evening everything is fine but after 5 o clock body temp started getting increased. Today evening he s having a fever of 102'C. also at that he s having severe head ache with high sweating.

Evening rise of temperature, sweating are suggestive of typhoid. But can also be other conditions like lung infections (tuberculosis etc), maybe malaria.
Thus I would suggest that he gets more investigations done to rule out these conditions. The tests can include typhidot or widal, rapid malaria test, chest x-ray and urine complete examination.
