Brief Answer:
Can be related to infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Feeling of dizziness and weakness can be related to infection itself and reduced fluid intake. The itchy feeling can happen due to an allergy to cefdinir. You can increase your fluid intake and watch for next 24 hours for symptom improvement. In case the symptoms aggravate then do consult your physician for a change in antibiotic.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
