Brief Answer:
Symptoms may improve with proper treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Carpal tunnel syndrome is a treatable condition by a small surgical procedure.

Fibromyalgia is a condition characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain, fatigue and cognitive impairment.

There is no definitive treatment for fibromyalgia, treatment modalities aim to control symptoms and improve overall health.

Drugs used for this purpose include NSAID drugs, antidepressants and anti seizure drugs.

But, in both cases, a correct diagnosis is necessary first.

You should start being examined by your primary care Doctor first, who can order further tests and consultations to diagnose your condition properly.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
