Hi dear,

Fishy odor in the vagina is usually due to vaginal infection called bacterial vaginosis.
This is due to the disturbance in the normal bacterial flora.It needs to be confirmed by proper internal examination, vaginal smear and treatment should be treated accordingly.
Metronidazole is usually given for treatment.
