Brief Answer: glosso stomatitis, multivitamin. Detailed Answer: Hi, in my opinion your burnt tongue will heal by another one week. But you also have fissured tongue along with soreness of tongue. This is because of vitamin deficiencies. Even auto immune inflammation of the tongue can also present like this. If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you to take short course of oral steroids for 7days,multivitamin containing zinc for about a month, and oral steroid paste for local application for one week. Your soreness will definitely reduce. Regarding your twitching of eyes you can take calcium tablets daily once for about 2 weeks. This is not related to your other autoimmune diseases. Thank you and take care.
