Should I consult any eye specialist?
Brief Answer:
Prefer to see the specialist...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The dots that you described are referred to as floaters. Generally I would not be very concerned if these floaters are occasional. But if you notice the floaters constantly almost all day it is advisable to visit the specialist (opthalmologist) to rule out conditions related to posterior chamber and retina.
That being said, since you also mentioned about migraines in your post, the dots/floaters may be related to it.
A physical evaluation will be worthwhile to identify the exact cause. So see the doctor. It is not an emergency though.
Hope I am clear. Let me know if you need clarifications.
Regards
