What Causes Floating Stools In A 24 Year Old?

Question: Right now I am just eating little vegetable, yogurt and rice. But when i eat chicken or more spicy vegetable then i get stool 2-3 times a day and that too small pieces float in water in the potty and i get illness, become weak. Iam 24 years of age,male.

Small floating stool are commonly noted with irritable bowel syndrome.
Apart from this do you have any other symptoms? If this is the only symptom, presently medication are not needed. It can be addressed by dietary modification
Dietary modification are very important in addressing this. I would suggest you to have frequent smal meals instead of heavy ones.
Avoid spicy food, fatty food, processed and pre prepared food, avoid coffee, carbonated drinks, dairy products. Avoid or reduce the intake of meat add more fiber to your diet. Eat lots salads, vegetables, fresh fruits,
You can take probiotics like sporolac or ecobion which will be beneficial and you can take curd. Avoid alcohol and smoking if you do. Along with this good toilet habbit will be helpful. Follow this measures you should see improvement.

Okay. I can also some times see food particles in my stool. Also my stool color is yellow. I think can it be like malabsorption. I do not have any other symptoms other than this. I have used some probiotics but of no use.
