Question : 2 weeks ago i got a virus where i was having flu like symptoms and a yeast infection. went to the doctor and was told it would go away. now I'm having itching all over. do you know what it can be?

It is common to have itching after a viral infection.
Your flu like symptoms could be due to viral infection which is followed by itching now.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply calamine lotion on the itchy areas of the body along with tablet Cetrizine 10 mg twice daily.
This should resolve in 5-7 days.
