Question : My rest hr is 75-80 but during the day my heart rate stays in the 90s. When walking it goes up to 120 r sometimes like going up a hill it will go up to 130? Is this normal I'm also hypothyroidism

The pulse rates you have described is very much withen normal . So if you have no symptoms like palpitations you need not worry about the same .
Lastly Do keep on checking S. TSH every 6 months as overtreatment with thyroid hormone may sometimes cause in appropriate increase in pulse rate .
