What Causes Fluctuations In Blood Sugar Levels?

These same symptoms happened two years ago. I was checked out at UT in XXXXXXX for possible Insulinoma and was cleared. My BS were normal but I had also been on a herbal product that mange to get the symptoms under control before my appointment at XXXXXXX but I had kept my appointment anyway at UT. Here we go again, I am afraid. No local Dr. had bothered to take my BS so I don't know were the BS range here.

Detailed Answer:
Sorry to learn about your bothersome symptoms.
If you are on no medications for diabetes, then it is unusual for your blood glucoses to fluctuate so much. But there is a condition called reactive hypoglycemia that has been described where glucoses rise and fall sharply leading to symptoms similar to what you are describing.
It tends to occur if you consume refined carbohydrates and sugar sweetened beverages in significant quantities.
I suggest you purchase a glucose monitoring device such as a glucometer and check your glucose levels to get an idea of what kind of glucose swings, if any, are occurring in your body.
There is a type of medication called Acarbose that can reduce the symptoms due to this.
Checking with the meter will also give an idea if major low blood glucose reactions are occurring which require a thorough evaluation again
