What Causes Fluctuations In The BP Levels?

Question: I am 57 125 lbs my bp when i get up in the morning is 95/67. Once i get moving its around 115/80. I have no dizziness or anything . Should i worry?

Im on no bp meds . I am on xanax for panic attacks
