Brief Answer:
Followup

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

At this point you need the expertise of an ENT specialist. You may benefit from an ear tube on the affected side to facilitate drainage from the ear. Otherwise you may run the risk of recurrent infections.

You might ask your PCP to refer you to a local ENT specialist for consultations.
