Question: When I lean forward my nose pours water and only from the right side. It is a somewhat obscene amount. I haven't been swimming. I've never had allergies. I live in XXXXXXX Fl.

You might not know it but the very symptom that you mention is actually an allergic manifestation. I understand that you might not have itchy skin rashes but that is not necessarily the only form of allergy. In any case, there are a couple of things to be done:
* Take cetirizine tablet once daily for a few days.
* Take steam inhalation.
* Visit an ENT doctor and get yourself evaluated. Since the secretions seem to come only from one side, localized pathology might be present.
