Brief Answer:
Possibility of shingles
Detailed Answer:
Hello. thank you for writing to us.
I am Dr. Kakkar (Dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
I have viewed the image. I can see clusters of fluid filled bumps with some of them also having a central crusting, perhaps it is herpes zoster - shingles.
Is it painful? or do you have some burning sensation? Is it only on one side of the mid line?
Regards

Brief Answer:
Shingles
Detailed Answer:
thank you.
It is shingles. I suggest an oral antiviral e.g tab. valacyclovir 1gm, three times a day for 7 days. Topically you may use an antibacterial ointment e.g Neosporin oint. or Mupirocin oint.
Regards
