Brief Answer:
Go for impedance audiometry and treatment according to report

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; most probably suggest that you may be suffering from the secretory otitis media.

To rule out secretory otitis media( fluid in the middle ear) you may go for the impedance audiometry. It is absolute necessary for better management.

In this condition in our patient I prescribed
1. Systemic steroid if not contraindicated.
2. Systemic nasal decongestant.
3. Mucolytic tablet such as acetyl cystein.
4. Steam inhalation three times a day for at least five minutes.
5. Valsalva manoeuvre.

Either send me the report of impedance audiometry or consult with your ENT specialist.

Wish you speedy recovery.

Thanks
