What Causes Fluid Leakage From Penis When Excited?

Question: Prostate fluid/seminal fluid comes out without erection of penis due to excitement.
It happens when i am over excited like exam time is getting over and i have still to write, getting late for school etc. I sometimes manage to control during day but impossible when it happens in dream.
I am 24 now and its going on from the age of 6-7. Also i feel frequent urination after this.

I feel too weak after this. I am 5ft 9inch and weighs only 45KG.

I do not have any gastic/liver issues. I am completely veg and do not take any alcoholic drinks/smoking.

1. DO you have anxiety issues?
No other anxiety issues other than mentioned above like it happens when i am over excited like exam time is getting over and i have still to write, getting late for school etc.

2. Have you suffered from a major trauma in life?
I don't remember any such but when i was around 6-7 year old a girl from my neighbour had tried to do sex with me and had touched my private parts which completely turned my life. After that i was very much attracted towards sex resulting in night emission from the age of 17-18.
BTW i never masturbated.
Also, during noctural emission semen is discharged and if it happens without erection (i.e through excitement), just the fluid is discharged.

3. ANy history of spinal injury/ birth defects
Nothing such.

Nocturnal ejaculation of fluids and also spontaneous ejaculation is very common among people who do not masturbate. This is because sperms and semen are produced on a daily basis and it is the body's method to get rid of the old semen.

Masturbating once or twice a week could reduce this issue. If the condition does not improve then you will have to see a urologist for the same. Paroxetine tablet once a day will help reduce this issue. Please approach your doctor with my suggestion

If its an normal issue why am i not able to gain weight and why do i feel very weak for few days after spontaneous ejaculation.

Slight weakness can be happen for sometime after ejaculation, it is normal. However feeling of weakness for days after ejaculatioj and
not able to gain weight is an unrelated issue.
I would like you to get a baseline body check up with complete blood count, urine routine , ultrasound abdomen and thyroid profile to know if there is systemic issue for you not to gaining weight and generalised weakness
