Question : I woke up this morning very flushed , have had lose stools all day, sweating alot flushed then chilled , a little upper abdominal pain goes and comes . very healthy work out 5 days a week eat well but do not feel like myself at all sleeping alot waking up in a puddle of sweat
Brief Answer:
Perimenopausal symptoms
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. With normal healthy lifestyle and no complaint except these recently flushing and sweating, i believe these are vasomotor symptoms and indicate a perimenopause, that transition phase can be bothersome and needs supportive care. Hormonal therapy, supportive care like painkillers, calcium vitamin D supplements and antidepressants can be considered.
Talk to your doctor and let them decide what is best for you. I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
