Brief Answer:
Blow inside a cover

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Are you worried about heart attack or you have frequent panic attacks?
If you have a panic attack, you should blow inside a cover to breathe in carbondioxide for a minute so that the attack reduces.
If you have other medical problems which were not mentioned here I suggest you to reach a urgent clinic or ER.
