What Causes Fluttering Sensation In Right Breast?

Get the doubts cleared/ know it's physiology/ have healthy life style.
Detailed Answer:
HI XXXX,
Thanks for your query. Any complaint pertaining to chest arouses a sense of fear/ insecurity in sufferer's mind.. particularly those at your age group. I understand Your concern.
Gastrointestinal tract is a hollow bag carrying food taken in, extracting out food extracts & nutrients form food & help body activities. This hollow passage has a particular muscular activity.. which pushes the food in the GI tract to facilitate process of different digestive enzymes , digestion of food and throwing out of remaining waste material ( the deification)
This particular movement of bowels goes in form of a wave from stomach to anus regularly.& that is peristalsis & is usually stimulated by stretching of bowels.
* when the bowels are free of food ( about 12 hours of last meal) or depending on eating pattern/habit, these contractions start (when the Bowels are empty.. with slightest gasses ).. such contraction give a signal of hunger & they produce gurgling sound/ vibrations.
Such contractions send signal of being hungry to brain.
I feel you are having such contractions These contractions are normal physiological activities of body . Such activities are exaggerated in -
- Fasting( less eating )/ conditions like Diabetes/ uncontrollable spells of eating & obesity/ Bowel ill health conditions affecting digestion/in old age .
* In this scenario, I would advise her to get a general health check up ( that you should be doing on yearly basis )
-.. specially for diabetes ( Diabetic profile),
- A check up by gastroenterologist , checking digestive health,
- A complete cardiac check up to exclude heart problem.* It may not be causative factor for your problem-, but it's a main psychological concern.. which needs to be ruled out/ treated well
* Management-
- Know that it's a physiological process,
- Exclude abnormalities with medical check up,
- Eat small/ frequent servings of food with sufficient nourishment/ fibers & water .
- regular exercises & bowel habits ( to prevent digestive deficiency.
- Regular exercises ( walking, yoga ),/ sound sleep/ positive psychology ( by meditation, concentration exercises.-
This will definitely help you.
I hope the answer is both helpful & informative to you. Any follow up query is welcome.
Please grade the answer if you find it useful.
Thanks.
