Question : I have a feeling in my chest and stomach constantly like butterflies it wakes me up and I feel like I just can not relax with it .. it is very unnerving. I would really appreciate your opinion many thanks

Hi,
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Symptoms like you are telling needs further evaluation. Most likely it is a gastritis.
But still to rule out other possible causes, I'll recommend you for further evaluation which include ECG & 2D Echo(to rule out cardiac causes) & Ultrasound abdomen.
