What Causes Foaming Of Saliva And A Sore In The Cheek After A Panic Attack?

Question: I had a panick attack about a week ago and my saliva has been forming bubbles in my mouth and turns to foam when I talk. There is also a sore in my cheek.

what could the foam be about then? i have constant bubbles in my mouth now.
