Need blood test to have a diagnosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Based on the long duration of symptoms it is must to have blood work to find the cause. It could be because of decreased immunity to fight against the common disease causing agents.
My suggestion is-complete blood count, kidney and liver function test, blood sugar, HIV and HBSAg test.
Please revert back with report.
Take care
