Welcome to health care magic,

Fordyce spots are completely normal as they are the small bumps appear as a white,small,raised,painless about 1 to 2 mm in diameter,mostly seen on scrotal skin,shaft of penis and some times in oral cavity.

They are not abnormal but the natural occurrence on the body.
