Question: It fells like I have something in but there's nothing there it like a I have a grain of sand scrapping against the corners of my eyes every time I blink

It seems from the history that you are having foreign body sensation and feeling of sand scraping against the corners of eye every time you blink. This can be seen because of presence of foreign particles like dust under the upper eyelid or because of inflammations of small glands of eye lids leading yo their enlargement causing irritation. The immediate home remedy you can do is wash the eyes with water and start using antibiotic eye drops like ciprofloxacin eye drops. If the symptoms won't resolve then you need to consult your doctor for examination of the eye to look for foreign particle and removal of it or treatment of the enlarged glands of eyelids.
